This kind of ladle with long handle is called bi in ancient and is usually unearthed together with ding or ge (both are big containers of food). This ladle is made of wood and is divided into two parts: the handle and the scoop. The interior of the container has red lacquer, and the handle is black with two stripes of red lacquer.
