Origin: Excavated from Yueyin County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province

The bowl has widely flared sides that rise from the small foot ring,and is covered all over with a luminous glaze of soft blue-green color suffused with lotus-flower-petal-like crackles .

Longquan celadon refers to Chinese celadon produced in Longquan kilns which were largely located in Lishui prefecture in southwestern Zhejiang Province. With those in other prefectures the total number of discovered kiln sites is over two hundred, making the Longquan celadon production area one of the largest historical ceramic centers in China.
