Altogether 4 dressed singer figurines were excavated from Han Tomb No.1 at Mawangdui. As the substitutes of Xin Zhui’s (the occupant of the Mangwangdui Tomb No.1) servants in real life, this dressed figurine fully demonstrates the high artistic level in Han Dynasty, the delicate and refined style of South China, as well as the luxurious life led by Marquise of Dai.
